While Erik nor I are any part Irish, we do enjoy a good corned beef, potatoes and carrots for dinner. 

Tonight's Fancy Drink is definitely Irish themed.

Tonight's Fancy drink is a Shamrock ☘️ 

Here is what you need:

1.5oz Irish Whiskey

1.5oz Midori Liqour

.5oz Irish Cream

Add items to shaker with ice. Shake until cold.

Strain over ice into favorite cocktail glass.

Enjoy!
