Tonight's Fancy Drink Friday comes from Poland.
Polish Martini  (makes 1 martini)
4oz Apple Juice
2oz vodka
1oz Honey Liqueor
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake until blended. Strain into martini glass.
Enjoy!
