This Fancy Drink Friday is from the country of Thailand.
Sabai Sabai
1.5 Oz Makhong (or a strong dark rum)
1.5 Oz fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon squeezed)
3/4 Oz simple syrup
1-2 sweet Thai Basil leaves
Club soda to taste
We paired this with chicken curry.
