Today's Fancy Drink Friday comes from New Zealand.
Kiwis call this the Bourbon Hoky Poky.


Serves 2 cocktails:
4oz of your favorite Bourbon. We used Makers Mark 44
1/2 c milk
1/2c heavy cream
Coco powder (can be mixed in or shaken on top)
Chocolate syrup (can be mixed in or drizzled on to)

Add bourbon, milk, and cream to shaker with ice.
Shake and pour over ice in glass. Add powder and syrup on top (if you didn't add it to shaker).
