Happy Fancy Drink Friday and Happy April Fools Day.
I thought of maybe doing a goofy drink, but after the week that has been had in our house, I thought to keep it simple.
Tonight is the Bourbon Americano.
4oz favorite espresso or coffee concentrate
2oz favorite bourbon
Splash of milk (or heavy cream)
Add ice to shaker along with all ingredients.
Shake until blended.
Pour over ice and enjoy!
