Happy Friday everyone! 

There is nothing we love more then a BIG breakfast on Saturday or Sunday morning, however, life happens and we don't get to regularly. So, I made a breakfast casserole to enjoy for a few days!

To go with our breakfast, todays fancy drink pairs with just about any brunch!

Kir Royal:

1/2oz Chambord

6oz chilled Champagne


Start with you champagne glass adding in your Chambord first. Tilt glass at a 45 degree angle (best for bubbles) and add in your chilled Champagne.

Add a few fresh berries (I choose raspberries).
