Happy Fancy Drink Friday!

Mother Nature has yet to determine what season we are in and in true Wisconsin fashion we have a fresh layer of snow! As I type this, it's snowing again. Here by the lake, we have less than an inch, but out west of the freeway, they have almost a foot! Thanks Lake Michigan!

Tonight's cocktail was a combination of both of us being tired and me wanting something a bit frothy (wishing for warmer tropical ideas).

So tonight we have a Bushwacker

Here is what you need:

• 2 oz white/dark rum
• 2 oz Kahlua
• 2 oz crème de cacao
• 2 oz cream of coconut
• 2 oz 2% milk
• 3 cups of ice

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender. 

Pour into your favorite glass. Top with whipped cream or shaved chocolate!
