Happy Fancy Drink Friday!
I hope everyone is doing well!
This past Sunday (Easter Sunday), Erik and I celebrated our 6th Wedding anniversary. Though we have been together since 2000, it seems like yesterday we got married.
We celebrated with my parents, brother and sister-in-law by having Easter brunch here at the house. No special cocktails, but great food!
With the warmer temps we have had the last few days (70+ degrees) I thought tonights drink should be summer based. So, I went with a simple smash.
Tonights fancy drink is a Bourbon Grapfruit Smash
Here is what you will need:
2oz favorite bourbon
4 oz Grapefruit juice or Grapefruit sparkling water
Ice
2oz favorite bourbon
4 oz Grapefruit juice or Grapefruit sparkling water
Ice
Combine all 3 ingredients in your favorite cocktail glass and enjoy!
And in honor of that, tonight I'll have a grapefruit beer! Grapefruit cheers to you both and happy anniversary!
